The Guarantee is based on offering a service or product for 995 in your own country of residence's currency (i.e. 995 USD, British Pounds, AUS or CAD, or whichever is the lesser valued at the time of their enrolment based on you being highly Coachable, taking the action steps in the Coaching Checklist to Success, and having Paid-in-Full program.

Refund and Cancelation Policy:
Our refund policy is as follows: All items and programs purchased are 100% non-refundable, non-cancellable, and returns will not be accepted. Coach Jen Clarke’s Company is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds or returns. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item on this site or from Howard Tibbs' Company. Payments You are responsible to pay the full amount of the price you originally agreed to pay for any program you purchase, regardless if you leave the program, do not complete it in the time-frame provided, or don't use the container at all. If you are not able to pay in full for a program and require a payment plan you are still responsible for the full purchase price of the program originally agreed to. If payments are late we reserve the right to remove you from all programs, where applicable, until payments are again current. Howard Tibbs' Company provides many live programs. It is not guaranteed that each program will be live. Howard Tibbs' retains the right to provide pre-recorded programs, as needed. Howard Tibbs' Company retains the right to adjust the scheduled programs and dates without notice. If you are purchasing the Mastermind (12 months coaching service) or One-On-One Private coaching (1 to 12 months coaching service), you are responsible for the entire amount originally agreed to. You are responsible to have to pay the remaining balance of $9995 USD on any early withdrawal from the coaching program. There are no refunds or early terminations for these services. Nothing herein shall limit Howard Tibbs' Company from seeking payment for any chargeback or credit card disputes made by you, at anytime. By accepting the terms of this agreement, you agree to never dispute any charges already paid, no matter the payment vehicle. (Example: Paypal, Stripe, Square, bank transfer, etc.) Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will we or any of our licensors or suppliers be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials or information on the Sites, or any products or services provided pursuant to the Sites, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages (including but not limited to lost data), so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In no event shall the total liability to you by us or any of our licensors or suppliers for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you to us, if any, for accessing the Sites. Coaching provided is valued at over $150,000 USD. The regular rate for the Coaching is $25,000 USD and any Limited Time Specials are applied to the regular rate of $25,000 USD.
Any product or service is non-cancellable and non-refundable. Failure to follow the program and/or the payment(s) on any Limited Time Specials will result in requiring payment on the remaining balance of $9995 USD.
